Srini Reddy Pagidyala, Chief Executive Officer:
Srini is a successful entrepreneur with extensive management consulting experience with a remarkable ability to combine visionary leadership, business acumen, and strong execution in building and managing successful consulting organizations. With fifteen years of consulting experience, Srini has a proven ability to develop and deploy a long term strategic vision, establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, business partners, and building strong talented teams. His strength in understanding of SAP Ecosystem, SAP Customers and SAP Professionals has made ProMorphics a leading integrator in North America's SAP enterprise market. Srini's commitment to consistently exceed client expectations is unsurpassed and it defines the fabric of ProMorphics where going the extra mile to serve the client is habitual.

Shrikant Yarlagadda, Chief Technology Officer:
Shrikant brings about 20 years of experience in industrial engineering and SAP consulting to ProMorphics. During his career, Shrikant has served in various industries with a common theme - passion for technology. Prior to moving into SAP, Shrikant specialized in designing, building, and delivering high precision and complex systems in chemical, manufacturing, construction, aerospace, and defense industries. This industry experience has given Shrikant a unique perspective in leveraging IT in the business. With a clear understanding of SAP's core technologies and architecture, Shrikant has consistently provided innovative solutions to various customers, across industry verticals.
Shrikant holds a B. Tech in Metallurgical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (Chennai).

Kasia Szewczyk, Director Business Development:
Over 8 years of managing customer relationships with a fortune 500 company has taught Kasia that it is vital to take the time to learn each customer's individual needs so that win-win solutions can be specifically tailored for each situation. Kasia believes in going the extra mile for her clients and ensures that issues are resolved as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Subbu Sundaravelu, Director SAP Managed Services:
With over 20 years of Information Technology experience including 10+ years focusing on in SAP, Subbu is well prepared to tackle a wide variety of technical issues. He is certified in all SAP BASIS Technology (under UNIX/ORACLE) and has previously worked for SAP America as Platinum Consultant.
